Small mistakes in your routine can make a bigger difference than you think

If you want to optimise your hair growth, it actually starts before you take a shower.

Apply rosemary oil directly to the scalp in partings and massage for 3-5 minutes 💆‍♀️ The massage stimulates blood circulation, and the oil helps to nourish and balance the scalp.
