Who are we?
The company is owned by mother and son, Lotte and Kasper Lindgren. We run the company from the small harbour town of Glyngøre in Denmark. The company is true Danish entrepreneurship, where we do everything we can to ensure that you get the best service and the best products.
How do I use the products?
Instructions for use are provided for each product. You can find these under the various product tabs.
What should I do when taking hair vitamins?
First and foremost, it's important to take care of your hair. Make sure you don't style or use heat treatment too often. Use both shampoo and conditioner, and once in a while a hair mask. It can be difficult to realise the full benefits of the vitamins if you don't take care of your hair. That's why we recommend fully taking care of your hair for best results.
Can anyone take hair vitamins?
The hair vitamins can be used by anyone who wants to maintain normal hair. If you are taking any other medication, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under the age of 11, you should consult your doctor before use.
How long do I need to use hair vitamins to achieve a result?
We recommend 3 months of consumption to see the full effect of the vitamins.
Can I take hair vitamins while pregnant or breastfeeding?
The hair vitamins do not contain any ingredients that are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, as with all foods and supplements, we recommend that you consult your doctor before use.
When should I take hair vitamins?
We recommend taking the recommended daily dose (2 gummies) at the same time. This makes it easier to remember. There is no difference in the time of day you take them. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
What happens if I stop using hair vitamins?
You can always to stop taking our hair vitamins. Some experience that the effect stops/halters, others are be able to maintain the results. It varies greatly from person to person.
When will I see an effect with hair vitamins?
Results will vary from person to person. Some will experience an effect already after 1 month of use, others will only experience it after 3 months. Most customers experience an effect after about 3 months of use, which we also recommend.
Can I take other supplements with hair vitamins?
This depends a lot on which supplements you take in addition. For instance, you can still take fish oils or magnesium without any problems. However, we recommend not using multivitamins while taking hair vitamins. This is because you can get an excessive dose of certain fat-soluble vitamins, which can cause mild side effects. If in doubt, we always recommend talking to your doctor.
Are there any side effects of using hair vitamins?
The hair vitamins are a dietary supplement without artificial flavours and colours. There are no known side effects from using hair vitamins. Our Hair Vitamins are vegan and free from gluten and lactose. However, we recommend that you always check the list of ingredients to see if there are any ingredients that you are intolerant or allergic to.
Will hair vitamins affect other body hair?
The hair vitamin ingredients are carefully selected to ensure you get the best product. Your body hair is largely determined by genes and hormones. Therefore, our supplements will not give you more hair than where it is genetically and hormonally determined. A few people experience slightly thicker hair elsewhere on the body. However, it will mainly be on the head that you will experience a difference.

Who do you deliver with?
We use Bring, GLS, DHL, Hermes or TNT for our deliveries. When you select the delivery type when ordering, you also accept the shipping company's requirements and terms for parcel handling. Read more about these on the shipping companies' own websites. For purchases of EUR 60 or more, we offer free delivery to parcel shops.
When is the money withdrawn?
The money will be debited from your account once your item has been dispatched. When this happens, you will receive an email with a tracking and trace link where you can find all the information about your parcel.
How do I know my order has gone through?
Your order has been processed correctly as soon as you receive an order confirmation. The order confirmation contains your order number and your contact details. It will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. If you do not receive your order confirmation within a short time after placing your order, check your spam filter or your folder for unwanted mail, adverts or promotions. Remember to include your name, email and phone number. Often it happens due to a typing error. Lotte is always ready to help you.

Can I make changes to my order once it has gone through?
If you want to change your order, please contact Lotte as soon as possible by email or phone at info@yuaiahaircare.com or +45 27 22 90 06. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot change the order. If you are in doubt, please contact Lotte and we will find a solution.
What is your return policy?
We offer you a 14-day right of cancellation. This means that from the date of delivery, you can cancel your purchase and return your package with unopened and unused products to us. Upon return, any delivery costs will not be refunded.
What is the status of my order?
You should have received an email confirming your order. Subsequently, you will receive an email when your order is packed with a tracking number. If you have not received anything, please contact Lotte or Nanna by email or phone.

I have entered the wrong name/address or want to change delivery details
If you want to change your delivery information or if you have entered incomplete delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Simply provide your order number and the correct information and if the order has not yet been printed and packed, we can correct the error as soon as possible and get your order dispatched to you.
My item got damaged during shipping.
If the item is damaged on arrival, simply write to us once you've recorded the fault and we'll provide you with a replacement.
How does the satisfaction guarantee work?

How does your subscription work?
You save a fixed 10% on all your subscription products. In addition, you get a number of benefits that you can find here. Subscriptions cost nothing extra and you can easily and simply cancel your subscription again.

All subscription orders over 25 EUR in value are delivered free of charge to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive an SMS and E-mail with information.
