Shampooing: Répartissez le shampooing uniformément dans les cheveux mouillés et massez le cuir chevelu, puis les longueurs. Lavez vos cheveux deux fois pour un meilleur résultat. Assurez-vous de rincer les cheveux avec soin pour éviter de laisser des résidus de shampooing dans les cheveux.
Après-shampoing : Répartir uniformément l'après-shampoing dans les cheveux puis masser le cuir chevelu. Si vous avez tendance à avoir les cheveux gras, utilisez-le uniquement sur les longueurs. Laissez agir 2 minutes, puis rincez délicatement. L'après-shampoing peut également être utilisé comme soin, auquel cas il doit être laissé dans les cheveux pendant environ 10 minutes avant d'être rincé. Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser ensemble un shampooing et un après-shampoing Grow and Glow pour de meilleurs résultats.
