This means that if you e.g. don't like the taste of our hair vitamins, don't like the smell of a shampoo or simply don't think the product meets your expectations, you will get all your money back (excluding delivery costs of 7 EUR if you have obtained free shipping).

If you want to take advantage of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you must return the product within 30 days after the purchase date. You bear the return costs yourself and the package must be sent to the following address:

Please note that we do not collect returns from parcel shops. We also recommend that you use a shipping method that includes a tracking link, as we do not refund products that have been lost during shipping.
