Shampoo: Distribute the shampoo evenly through wet hair and work it well into the scalp and then into the lengths. For best results, wash your hair twice. Make sure to rinse the hair thoroughly so that no shampoo residue is left in the hair. We recommend finishing with conditioner, which protects the hair strands and makes the hair easier to comb out.

Conditioner: Distribute the conditioner evenly through the hair and then massage it into the scalp. If you have an oily scalp, only apply it to the lengths of your hair. Leave in for 2 minutes and then rinse the hair thoroughly. The conditioner can also be used as a treatment, in which case it should be left in the hair for about 10 minutes before rinsing out. We recommend using Grow and Glow Shampoo and Conditioner together for best results.

Hair Mask: Apply to freshly washed, damp hair. Apply an appropriate amount to the lengths of your hair and leave for 10-15 minutes, then rinse out. Remember to finish with conditioner.

Formula+ Serum: Apply a few drops to the scalp (it must be clean) and massage the serum in well. The serum should not be rinsed out. Use daily for about 3 months, then take a break from the treatment.

Rosemary Hair & Scalp Oil: Apply to the scalp, leave on for 10-60 minutes and then wash your hair. For daily care of the lengths, use a few drops on the ends of your hair for shine and anti-frizz.

Hair Vitamins: Take 2 vitamins daily with a meal and a glass of water. We recommend taking both at the same time to ensure you don't forget one during the day. Chew the vitamins thoroughly before swallowing. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive intake may have a laxative effect.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult your doctor before using this product. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Store at room temperature and out of reach of small children. We recommend 3 months' use for best results.
