Hoe gebruik je de Yuaia-methode?
Begin met rozemarijnolie als voorbehandeling, 1 à 2 keer per week. Masseer de olie in de hoofdhuid en laat deze intrekken voordat je je haar wast.
Was je haar vervolgens met Repair & Care Shampoo. Gebruik Hair Mask op de lengtes (1 à 2 keer per week) en sluit af met Conditioner om het haar te beschermen en te versterken.
Verdeel na het douchen Repair & Care Serum over de lengtes. Gebruik Formula+ Serum dagelijks op de hoofdhuid en masseer het in om de groei te stimuleren. Werk af met Repair & Care Elixir op de punten voor extra glans – en vergeet niet om dagelijks je Hair Vitamins in te nemen om je haar van binnenuit te ondersteunen.

Ik ben in januari 2024 begonnen met het innemen van haarvitamines en in mei 2024 zag ik al heel goede resultaten!
