Start with your needs
Assess scalp cleansing and the condition of the lengths separately. Oily roots can coexist with dry ends. Fine hair is not necessarily straight, and curly hair does not have one universal product requirement. Note what feels heavy, tangles or is difficult to style before adding steps.
Washing and conditioner
Choose frequency for dirt, oil and residue rather than a fixed rule for everyone. Apply shampoo gently to the scalp and rinse thoroughly. Use conditioner where care is needed according to its directions. Grow and Glow Shampoo and Conditioner below are an example of cleansing and aftercare; choose by directions and your experience. Sulfate-free and silicone-free do not alone guarantee the right routine.
Detangling and styling
Loosen knots in small sections from the ends upwards without forcing a brush through. Adapt wet or dry detangling to hair type and tool directions. Curvy Brush is an option for brushing, not a guarantee against breakage. For heat styling, follow a product expressly developed for heat protection; lower heat and fewer passes matter too.

Between washes, at night and outdoors
Avoid tight styles that pull. A loose style can make lengths easier to manage overnight. More oil or styling product is not automatically the answer if hair feels heavy. In sunshine and around swimming, adapt with shade or a hat and rinsing after swimming. Hair care does not replace sun protection for skin.
Change one thing at a time
Keep a routine that works. Add a mask, leave-in or protein product for a specific purpose and follow its directions. More protein or longer contact is not automatically better. Change one thing, assess after use and adjust. Care may change feel and appearance without permanently repairing all damage.
Must all products be from the same range?
No. Assess each product's purpose, directions and how the combination works for you.
Should I replace products regularly?
Not to a fixed calendar. Adjust when needs or results change.
